Experience

Hedia Diabetes Assistant (HDA) is a class IIb medical device, aiming to help improve management of insulin-requiring diabetes and thereby lead to desired health outcomes such as stability of blood glucose levels. Our company vision is to improve quality of life for people with diabetes and make the best diabetes management tools available to as many as possible. In addition to our diabetes management tool we offer an education universe for healthcare professionals. The platform has been developed in close collaboration with patients, nurses, and other key stakeholders to ensure the best fit for the needs of living with diabetes.

• Helped vaccinate +300,000 people against COVID-19 in 2021
• Designed and built a queue system to distribute doctor consultation time slots during the COVID-19 Opt-in programme in Denmark in Q2 2021. The queue was specifically designed to handle the high demand for, and low availability of doctor consultation time slots. The queue was built to handle 10,000 entries/second.
• Built a video consultation system during the COVID-19 Opt-in programme in Denmark in Q2 2021.
• Helped launch Denmark's biggest vaccination site in K.B. Hallen during the COVID-19 Booster programme in Q4 2021.
• Integrated with and reported all vaccinations to Det Danske Vaccinationsregister.

• Designed and implemented an enterprise search solution for job postings based on Ankiro Enterprise Suite.

• Manage the development of key assets for Kelkoo, from requirements gathering and specification writing to user acceptance testing and product rollout, all while working closely with stakeholders, including business intelligence, product, marketing and engineering functions.
• Developed and rolled-out a site-search ranking algorithm that are very well monetized without being overly invasive on relevance and precision.
• Developed and rolled-out a method for accurately tracking and analysing click-through rate on search results.
• Defined mid/long term strategy for building a sustainable eco-system for advertisers, publishers, developers and users while simultaneously attending to short term business requirements and deliveries.
• Successfully assisted in transitioning the development team from an archaic water-fall development methodology to an agile and value driven development methodology (Scrum).
